It seems that many distributions have some
way of performing a fairly minimal installation. I’d be curious to
see how Unbuntu runs. Of course, Debian has a fantastic ability to be
pared down to exactly what you want. Ultimately, though, the decision is
best based on what you’re going to do with it. If you figure that
