Hi! I've recently installed Cygwin on my XP laptop.. I installed a few packages ( I was following instructions to install octave, a math program) but I found out later I need to add another...
How can I add another package to cygwin? it didn't install any normal programs for installing applications, like rpm. Do I use the installation utility, or some other way?
