I am not positive about this, but I believe that if you use Virtual
Hosts at all, then apache will default to using the first VirtualHost
section for a domain name that doesn't match any other VirtualHost
sections.  So instead of using the settings that are specified outside
of any VirtualHost section, it will use the settings specified inside
the first VirtualHost section.

I hope that made sense.  Anyways, it is probably safest if you have a
VirtualHost section for both froghunters.org and froghunters.net.
