Before we have the MythTV troubleshooting event on Sat, March 4, the UUG will
be enjoying a screening of what is arguably the best Star Trek movie ever
made. As you may have guessed, since it is good, Rick Berman had nothing to
do with it. Course, from what I have read, Gene Roddenberry didn't have much
to do with it either, go figure.

Join us for Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan:

Date: Thursday, March 2, 2006
Location: C465 ESC (BYU Planetarium)
Time: 8:00 pm

The Planetarium seats 119, so I presume there should be enough room for all of
us. Also note there is no food or drink allowed in the planetarium. Special
thanks goes to Jeannette Lawler
(http://www.physics.byu.edu/directory.aspx?personID=38), the planetarium
director, for allowing us to use the planetarium for this activity. Also
thanks goes to her graduate student helper / person / whatever her title is,
Tabitha Bush, for making the arrangements for us.

Be sure to review who Kirk's old enemy is by watching TOS episode:

http://www.startrek.com/startrek/view/series/TOS/episode/68708.html

Be sure to take note of the Shatner's stunt double, who looks nothing like
him, even during far away shots.

If desired, there will be a discussion afterword were we can all point out the
technical inconsistencies of the movie.
