It is time once again to spread the good word which is Linux. Saturday, July 15th 10am-2pm Lobby Crabtree Building
On this day we will be holding our Linux Installfest. And we want YOU, for the BYU UUG install team. "Remember, the worth of souls is great in the sight of God." (D&C 18:10) And if that isn't good enough for you, recall the immortal words of Ezra Taft Benson: "Retirement from work has depressed many a man and hastened his death." So come, work at the installfest. Don't hasten your death. Please remind your friends that they should back-up their data, defrag their hard drive, and if possible, bring monitors and keyboards. If you're a good friend, you'll help them back-up their disks and defrag their hard drives. This is called fellowshipping. According to Duties and Blessings of the Priesthood, "Fellowshipping means encouraging and helping each other to enjoy the full blessings of the gospel." If you replace "the gospel" with "Linux", then you'll find it is our duty to encourage and help others to enjoy Linux. As part of this, we also encourage you to bring extra monitors and keyboards if you can. -------------------- BYU Unix Users Group http://uug.byu.edu/ The opinions expressed in this message are the responsibility of their author.
