I have to agree that, eventually, ToBeReviewed
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/ToBeReviewed will become quite a project.
David, if Geoff is agreeable, then I say please do go forward with your
suggestion. Ultimately those pages will require someone with expertise to make
decisions about them, so having another team alerted to that would be useful. I
fully trust your and their judgment regarding what to do.

Best wishes,
Leigh

Hi.

I hope everything went pleasantly.
I have three things, upcoming, to post to the Forum discussion thread.

1 - updates to the "A" page. I will do that directly, with the omission of
asking the community to look at ToBeReviewed
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/ToBeReviewed . If David's suggestion is
agreeable to the Ubuntu Documentation Project Team
https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-doc&lang=en , then that will take care of what to
do with those pages. Geoff, I'll adjust the page count on the Alternations
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/AlterationsToNewDocs page at that time if
that's okay.

Since my suggestion to address the Ubuntu Documentation Project Team
https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-doc an idea got stuck in my mind which I want to
share with you, to see what you think of it.
The way I see it, over the course of time the number of pages that are
candidates to move to the ToBeReviewed
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/ToBeReviewed page will certainly increase
which will cause an increase of communication between our team and Ubuntu
Documentation Project https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-doc&lang=en one. That lead
me to conclusion that if we, the NewDocs Launchpad team, add our team to the
Ubuntu Documentation Project Team https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-doc&lang=en
both teams would benefit from that. What I'm saying is that If we add another
team to our own, we're actually inviting that team to join ours. Launchpad will
email the other team's admins with our invitation, allowing them to decide
whether or not to add their team to ours.
What do you think? If you both see benefits on this, I can do all the necessary
stuff to implement it.
2 - the list you forwarded me, Geoff. I'm not really certain what I'm to say
about them. I know you want to share the wiki thread postings, but I hope it
doesn't get too confusing as to who is doing what, when.

3 - our LP team announcement. Is there anything particular you all want said?
Are we extending an invitation to others to join?

No, not really. At least from me, but I really think that the announcement
should include an invitation for forum members to join, if they want to.
At some point next month, I'd like to toss in a brief post reporting PageHits
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/PageHits . Does it matter when?

I think Geoff is the best one to answer this one.

Best wishes,
David
