Since we already have a LP team and a IRC channel, and keeping in mind that we do need to broad the scope of our users, it makes perfect sense to have one. Even because that I'm convinced that it will bring a sense of maturity to the all project. If Geoff is OK with the idea, you could start to work on it Svetlana, since you possess the know-how on MoinMoin and you're accustomed to the Wiki Mark-up Formatting.
