Generic BBS utility for any BBS that
generates 52-line DOOR.SYS's and uses
batch files to run doors. This program
is run in a door's batch file before
the command lines that actually run
the door. It returns a non-zero
errorlevel if the caller's age is less
than 18 years. Takes leap years into
account. Based on the errorlevel
returned by this program, you can
have the batch file make the
respective branches. May be called
from the DOS Path (i.e., it doesn't
require a configuration file). Does
NOT use environment variables.
