This is a fun addictive solitaire
battleship computer game based on the
traditional paper-and-pencil logic
puzzle. The object of each puzzle is to
use logic to deduce the locations of each
of the 10 battleships which are hidden
either vertically or horizontally in the
10x10 ocean grid. Individual ships are
oriented either horizontally or
vertically in the grid but no two ships
occupy adjacent squares even diagonally .
Once you positively identify the location
of a ship piece then you can block off
the water squares surrounding it. Most
puzzles start off with a few ship piece
locations revealed to you by red dots.
This provides enough information at the
start of the puzzle for you to logically
deduce the location of all the hidden
ships. Every puzzle has a unique solution
that can only be determined by reasoning
alone.
