If you want to see the logs of the CA and RA, you can connect to their GUI to access their logs.
Right now not all the Entities GUIs have been created, it's still missing the Repository GUI, the Publication GUI and the Key Store GUI, these GUIs will exist in the future.
I'm planning to create a "Logs Entity" that would centralized the logs of the other entities, it's in my TODO list, but it's not a priority.

There is a problems on viewing the logs in PKI admin. Apparently the pulldown “PKI Admin -> show logs” was meant to show the logs of just the –marked- entity. However, the logs subscreen which pops up then always shows the same log, i.e. independently from the entity marked. This log view does not belong to the entity as marked. So I can get logs specific to an entity only on mysql level and not from the PKI admin screen.
