File publication module

The file publication module is available for beta4, this is a backport from the current development version, I cannot guarante it will work.

Under Linux:
cd newpki-server-beta4
cd publication
unzip /tmp/file.zip
cd file
./configure --prefix=/usr --mandir=/usr/share/man
--infodir=/usr/share/info --with-newpki-include=/usr/include/newpki
make
make install
cp src/publication_file_cert.xml /etc/newpki/modules/
cp src/publication_file_crl.xml /etc/newpki/modules/

Under windows:
Decompress file.zip
Copy libpublication_file.dll to "c:\program files\newpki\server\publication\"
Copy src\publication_file_cert.xml "c:\program files\newpki\client\"
Copy src\publication_file_crl.xml "c:\program files\newpki\client\"


NB: The two XML files must be made available to the File System of the NewPKI Client.
