the Italian normative is a bit confusing, however a suspended certificate is equivalent to a revoked certificate with reason "certificateHold", so it appears on CRLs (also if in Italy we talk about CRL/CSL, where CSL = Certificate Suspension List, but sometimes CSL and CRL are an unique file, sometimes they are different files).
