The Las Vegas Valley Water District must dump 20 million gallons of perfectly good drinking water after security was breeched at a local reservoir. The water was used to test the reservoir at Durango and Cactus for leaks. Last week, someone broke into the reservoir, prompting a Homeland Security investigation. The water district says the contractor in charge, Sletten Construction, did not have proper security. "Somebody was able to enter the site," said J.C.
