Bulatovic stated that there was not possible in any way to achieve
compromise regarding the act on cooperation with the Tribunal and he
added that it was sensless that disagreement about any issue, no matter
how significant it is, should cause crisis of the federal state.

this morining around four o'clock operation against Albianian extremists
who have been in the village of Aracinovo, close to Skopje, for 15 days.

Kolubarskom okrugu od poplava su ugrozena mnoga naselja a prekinut je
saobracaj na nekim putevima. Najteza je situacija u podrinjskim
opstinama Ljuboviji, Krupnju i Loznici. U loznickoj i osecinskoj opstini
proglaseno je vanredno stanje zbog izlivanje reke Jadra i pritoka. U
ovim opstinama specijalne jedinice Vojske Jugoslavije (VJ) camcima
pomazu u evakuisanju ugrozenog stanovnistva.
Because of rain, which has been continuously falling for three days, in
the Podrinje and Kolubara County many places are endangered becaouse of
floods, and the traffic on some roads is interrupted. The most serious
situation is in the Podrinje municipalities like Ljubovija, Krupanj and
Loznica. In the Loznica and Osecin municipality, state of alert is
declared because of the Jadra River and tributary streams have flooded.
Special forces of the Yugoslav Army (VJ) with boats helps evacuation of
the endangered residents in these municipalities.
