treba da pocne i ocenio da je bezbednost i dalje najveca prepreka
masovnijem povratku Srba.

Yugoslav Minister for Transportation Zoran Sami estimated that West was
asking deliver of former FRY president Slobodan Milosevic to Hague
Tribunal "not because of justice, but for their own interest". He also
told that Milosevic had led "catastrophic policy", and estimated that he
was responsible for that "to us, and not to them".

opening for Yugoslavia to enter the Agreement about Stabilization and

Republic Assembly Branislav Ivkovic greeted today a decision of the
Montenegrin Socialistic People's Party not to maccept the Law on
cooperation with the Hague Tribunal and estimated that "Montenegrins
have the honer because they had not sold Njegos so they would not sell
Slobodana Milosevica neither".
