REFORME I DRZAVNI STATUS U CENTRU PAZNJE
Podgorica, 29. avgust - U okviru procesa dijaloga na najvisem nivou sa
svim parlamentarnim partijama u Crnoj Gori, predsjednik Crne Gore u
svojstvu lidera Demokratske partije socijalista, susreo se juce u
Podgorici sa predsjednikom Narodne stranke Draganom Socem.
U zajednickom saopstenju, izdatom nakon razgovora, navodi se da je
posebna paznja posvecena ulozi svih politickih subjekata u aktivnostima
na dinaminiziranju reformi i rjesavanju drzavno-pravnog statusa Crne
Gore. Obostrano je izrazena spremnost da se sva otvorena pitanja
rjesavaju politickim sredstvima, u interesu jacanja stabilnosti i daljeg
demokratskog razvoja Crne Gore. U tom cilju, dijalog DPS-a i NS-a bice
nastavljen.

DUKANOVIC O KONCENTRACIONOJ VLADI I REFERENDUMU
Podgorica, 29. avgust - Predsjednik Crne Gore Milo Dukanovic kao lider
DPS-a, najjace stranke u Republici, izjavio je da njegova partija nije
protiv formiranja koncentracione vlade ako je ona uslov za realizaciju
referenduma.
Komentarisuci protivljenje SDP-a i LSCG-a formiranju koncentracione
vlade, Dukanovic je najavio da ce DPS sa posebnom paznjom da razgovara
sa koalicionim partnerima. "Vlast u cjelini ima posebnu odgovornost za
stvaranje pretpostavki za ucesce svih relevantnih politickih subjekata u
realizaciji referenduma, ciji ce rezultati biti postovani u medunarodnoj
zajednici", rekao je Dukanovic, dodajuci da je u tom pravcu i pokrenut
proces bilateralnih razgovora medu politickim partijama u Crnoj Gori.

Podgorica, 29. avgust - U okviru procesa dijaloga na najvisem nivou sa
svim parlamentarnim partijama u Crnoj Gori, predsjednik Republike u
svojstvu lidera Demokratske partije socijalista, danas ce razgovarati sa
predsjednicima Demokratske unije Albanaca i Srpske narodne stranke
Fuadom Nimanijem i Bozidarom Bojovicem.
Dukanovic ce sa liderima DUA i SNS razgovarati o aktivnostima na daljem
dinamiziranju ekonomskih i politickih reformi u Crnoj Gori.

Podgorica, 29. avgust - Ministarstvo turizma u saradnji sa Turistickom
organizacijom Crne Gore uvelo je turisticki informativni telefon. Broj
tog telefona je 081/243-553 i otvoren je za pozive svakog dana od 8 do
22 sata.
Sluzba turisticko-informativnog telefona je samo za period od 2. do 17.
avgusta imala 88 poziva.

POCELA UPLATA TRANZITNE TAKSE
Podgorica, 29. avgust - Nakon pocetnih zastoja, posao oko uplate
depozita za tranzitne robe za koje se placa akciza, na granicnom prelazu
u Luci Bar sada tece bez teskoca.
Prema rijecima sefa barske Carinarnice Dragana Durovica, uvoznici su
zatvorili krug pa im uplaceni nalog omogucava da uvezu novu kolicinu
robe preko Barske luke.
Saradnja crnogorskih i saveznih carinika
ZAJEDNICKA KONTROLA GRANICE
Podgorica, 29. avgust - Kontrola prometa akciznih roba obavljace se i na
granici izmedu Crne Gore i Srbije, sto je u sklopu programa Vlade Crne
Gore na suzbijanju sive ekonomije. Na pojedinim granicnim punktovima
robu ce kontrolisati pripadnici Uprave carina Crne Gore, kao i carinici
Savezne uprave carina.
Kontrolom ce biti obuhvacena sva roba koja iz Crne Gore prelazi u
Srbiju, kao i ona koja se iz Srbije uvozi u Crnu Goru. Zajedno sa
carinicima i pripadnicima policije, u kontrolu robnog prometa bice
ukljucene i nadlezne inspekcijske sluzbe, a svi oni ce svoje mjesecne
izvjestaje dostavljati Vladi Crne Gore.

LABORATORIJA ZA KONTROLU KVALITETA MLIJEKA
Pogorica, 29. avgust - U Biotehnickom institutu u Podgorici u toku je
montaza opreme centralne laboratorije za kontrolu kvaliteta mlijeka.
Taj projekat, od kojeg se ocekuje veliki podsticaj razvoju mljekarskog
sektora u Republici, realizuje se uz finansijsku podrsku Evropske unije,
koja je za tu namjenu, posredstvom Organizacije "FOOD CECURITI" (Sigurna
hrana), obezbijedila 300 hiljada eura.U finansiranju opreme i stvaranju
uslova za rad Laboratorije ucestvuje i Republicko ministarstvo
poljoprivrede.
Institut "Dr Simo Milosevic" u Igalu
USPJESNA SARADNJA SA NORVEZANIMA
Podgorica, 29. avgust - Zaposleni u Institutu Igalo ispratili su
posljednju od cetiri grupe Norvezana, koji su u okviru Vladinog programa
boravili na rehabilitaciji u toj renomiranoj zdravstvenoj ustanovi.
Program, za koji se norveski parlament izjasnio jos 1996. kao
eksperimentalni, pokazao se veoma uspjesnim. Minulih mjeseci u obilazak
Instituta dolazili su brojni norveski strucnjaci, doktori nauka i
terapeuti. Institut u Igalu, dobio je visoke ocjene od Norvezana, sto
dovoljno govori o dobro obavljenom poslu.

OBUKA BANJSKOG OSOBLJA
Podgorica, 29. avgust - U Institutu "Dr Simo Milosevic" u Igalu ovih
dana boravilo je osoblje balkanskih banja. Nakon te posjete Institutu ce
biti povjeren program obuke personala u cilju standardizacije usluga
banja na Balkanu.
Evropsko udruzenje banja ima 19 clanica, a od 1998. godine Institut u
Igalu u toj asocijaciji predstavlja Crnu Goru. Delegacija balkanskih
banja ocijenila je da personal Instituta moze udovoljiti zahtjevima
ovdasnje klijentele.

USPJESAN START BERBE SOLI
Podgorica, 29. acgust - U Solani "Bajo Sekulic" u Ulcinju, za desetak
dana berbe soli "ubrano" je oko 6 hiljada tona slanih kristala.
Solana u Ulcinju je jedini proizvodac soli u Jugoslaviji i ako vremenske
prilike budu naklonjene sakupljaci soli racunaju na prinos veci od 25
hiljada tona slanih kristala.

REFORMS AND STATE STATUS IN THE CENTER OF ATTENTION
Podgorica, 29th August- At the level of most important dialogs with all
the parliamentary parties in Montenegro, Montenegrin President Milo
Djukanovic, as a leader of the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) met
yesterday in Podgorica with President of People's Party (NS) Dragan Soc.
In announcement, given after the negotiations, it was said that the role
of all the political subjects in the activities on implementation of
reforms and solution of the Montenegrin state-status was considered with
a special care. Both sides agreed to resolve al open questions with
political means, in order to improve stability and further democratic
development of Montenegro. With that purpose, dialog between the DPS and
the NS was continued.

DJUKANOVIC ABOUT ALL INCLUSIVE GOVERNMENT AND REFERENDUM
Podgorica, 29th August- Montenegrin President Milo Djukanovic, as the
leader of the most powerful party in Montenegro, denied the statements
that his party was against forming of the all inclusive government if
was set as a condition for referendum's scheduling.
Since the Social Democratic Party (SDP) and the Liberal Alliance (LSCG)
are against forming of the all-inclusive government, Djukanovic said
that the DPS would negotiate with its coalition partners about the
matter with a special consideration. "Government is obliged to include
all the relevant political parties in the referendum's realization,
which results will be accepted even by the International Community",
Djukanovic said.
He added that the bilateral negotiations between parties in Montenegro
are conducted with that purpose.

DJUKANOVIC MET NIMANI AND BOJOVIC
Podgorica, 29th August- Montenegrin President Milo Djukanovic, as the
leader of the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS), meets today
President of the Albanian Democratic Union (DUA) Fuad Nimani and
President of the Serbian People's Party (SNS) Bozidar Bojovic.
Djukanovic is also expected to meet leader of the Social Democratic
Party Zarko Rakcevic.
Montenegrin President will discuss with the leaders of the parties about
the activities necessary for further implementation of economic and
political reforms in Montenegro.

Podgorica 29th August- The Ministry of Tourism in co-operation with the
Tourist Organisation of Montenegro has connected an informative
telephone line for tourists. The number is 081/ 243-553 and it is
available every day from 8 AM to 22 PM.
Only in period from 2nd to 17th August the service of the informative
telephone line for tourists had 88 calls.

PAYMENT OF THE TRANSIT TAXES STARTED
Podgorica, 29th August- After a short period of delay, payment of the
deposit on the transit goods, for which is necessary excises to be paid,
is going well at the border crossing in harbour Bar.
Director of the Customs in Bar Dragan Djurovic said that after the
importers had finished the tour the order they had paid made possible to
them to import new goods through harbour Bar.
Cooperation between Montenegrin and Federal Customs
MUTUAL CONTROL OF THE BORDER
Podgorica, 29th August- According to the program made by the Montenegrin
Government, control of the excise goods transport will be done even at
the border between Montenegro and Serbia. On some checkpoints the goods
will be controlled by the Montenegrin and Federal Customs as well.
All the goods exported or imported from Montenegro to Serbia will be
controlled. Beside the clerks of the customs and police, official
inspection services will have a duty to control the goods. Each of them
will be obliged to send a monthly report to the Montenegrin Government.

LABORATORY TO CONTROL THE QUALITY OF THE MILK
Podgorica, 29th August- In the Biotechnical Institute in Podgorica is
going installation of the equipment of the central laboratory to control
the quality of the milk. The project, which will improve development of
the department for milk production in the Republic, is realized with
financial aid of the European union. The EU , with help of the
organization "Food security" provided 3oo ooo of Euro. The Republic
Ministry of Agriculture has also contributed to the realization of the
project.

Norway, who were on the rehabilitation in renowned medical institution,
the Institute "Simo Milosevic", finished they vacation.
Their visit was arranged according to the Government program, which the
Norway Parliament approved as experimental one even in 1996. The program
is recognized as very successful and in the last few months the
Institute in Igalo visited a great number of experts, science doctors
and medical workers from Norway. The Institute was highly recommended by
the people from Norway.

Saltworks "Bajo Sekulic" in Ulcinj
SUCCESSFUL BEGINNING OF THE SALT GATHERING
Podgorica, 29th August- In the Saltworks "Bajo Sekulic" in Ulcinj, for
ten days of salt gathering it has been picked up around 6 thousand tons
of salt crystals.
The Saltworks in Ulcinj is the only salt producer in Yugoslavia and if
the weather remain stabile, it is estimated around 25 thousand tons of
salt crystals to be gathered.
