Namely, Bin-Laden never accepted the American “logic”  of “single-use” operation, since the “Balkan heroin cake” is too sweet and worthy for the “America’s enemy No. 1” to renounce to it just like that.  A million dollar worth taking-off of shoes: The trails of heroin are at the same time trails of terrorism, that go across in Macedonia, Albania and Kosovo, while the road-toll is paid in human lives. Regardless how - from a needle or a bullet. Exclusively found out by “Jutarnje novine”, the German intelligence services have reliably estimated that in Kosovo&Metohia the year criminal profits out of heroin sales go to 1,5 billion dollars, and that this is the main source of financing the Bin-Laden and Tachi’s terrorist organizations in the southern Serbian province! - The Albanian terrorist KLA, by using money from heroin for bribing leader figures and  journalists of the most influential World TV stations and  news agencies, has created a media campaign according to its needs, and with money from heroin literally are being bought the most famous names of the World political scene. Before the bombing of Yugoslavia, Richard Holbrook has cashed in a million dollars from these funds for the public visit to the Albanian terrorist base in the Metohian border village Junik, where he has, before the cameras of the most followed World TV stations in his socks and legs-crossed, “chatted” with Tachi terrorists. In this Albanian terrorist base were present also several tens of (invisible to cameras) Bin-Laden mujaheddins, arrived to Kosovo&Metohia through neighboring Albania.        - Being in Kosovo&Metohia during NATO aggression, Bin-Laden was not only busy directing joint terrorist actions of KLA members and mujaheddins, that were completely coordinated with NATO aviation attacks on Yugoslav Army positions. That particular stay in the province Bin-Laden used for the purpose of flaring up war in Macedonia, where he easily succeeded in persuading, with a convincing dollar sum as well, the most influential local Albanian separatist and terrorist leader Arben Dzaferi. This was confirmed as well by the discovery of a secret bank account of the of this former TV Pristina journalist, which account has been fed, on a command of Bin-Laden, with almost a million dollars by a “good fairy”!   Mesud Jakupi - A Connection to Macedonia: Meanwhile, as “Jutarnje novine” found out from foreign intelligence and other sources, the main Bin-Laden’s liaison person with terrorist groups in Macedonia and Kosovo&Metohia is a certain Mesud Jakupi. With heroin money, of course. Jakupi organized the armament of the Albanian terrorist Liberation National Army in Macedonia, but also of the Albanian terrorists in the Bujanovac, Presevo, Medvedja area. According to our sources, during the NATO bombing campaign Jakupi was seen in Albania, where at the time of the 1997 armed rebellion (also according exclusive “Jutarnje novine” information), beside over 800.000 rifles, more than 100.000 blank passport have disappeared, which is one of the major reasons of Bin-Laden’s interest for the “land of bunkers”. - Few years ago a quite unnoticed agency news went through the air, the one saying that a guy called Suleyman Mohammed El Said (married to an Albanian woman) got killed in Tirana in a shootout with the police. That news has never included, however, a key data that this man was one of the major figures of Al Khaida and that he took part not only in the fights in Afghanistan, but also in the bomb attacks on American embassy in Africa.   A Frenchman as a front: Most probably not to raise any suspicions, Bin-Laden for the bosses of Al Khaida’s Balkan branches is choosing not only Albanians and Islamic countries’ citizens, but Europeans as well, whose citizenship (in the beginning, at least) represents a solid front for a relatively easy forming and engaging of terrorist organizations and groups in the Balkans. - That’s how Claude Cadert, a French citizen, arrived to Tirana on Bin-Laden’s command, and received quite substantial and “earned” on heroin means for the recruitment of new KLA members among criminals and murderers of Albania. The KLA in its terrorist actions is also assisted by almost 600 mujaheddins in Tropoja and Podgradec in Northern Albania. For their transfer to the territory of Kosovo&Metohia, about 70 Albanian terrorists under the command of mujaheddin warlord Sheik Mohammad Adalby (codename: Abu Al Abbas), are acting almost without obstacles and staying in the border villages Meja and Orize, where NATO aviation had bombed a convoy of Albanian refugees killing almost 80 children, women and elderly people (and the same number of Albanian civilians in the village of Ljubizda near Prizren). - In this area, beside the Albanian terrorist commander Suleyman Selimi called “Sultan”, with whom Claude Cadert is in permanent contact, foreign intelligence services keep mentioning, as a very important connection between Bin-Laden and the KLA, the Islamic Charity (Mercy International relief Agency). And, “in the end”, the name of former French pupil and president of Albania, Sali Berisha, is mentioned as a very active individual within the activities of KLA and Al Khaida. Berisha’s huge role in strengthening terrorism in the Balkans is very well known to American and other intelligence services, which until Bin-Laden’s attacks on USA have acted in a rather friendly way towards that terrorism.                                                                                                                            J.
