BANJA LUKA, BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA:
A copy of the book "Radovan Karadzic - The Most Wanted Serbian Head" by veteran journalist Marko Lopusina is on display at a newspaper stand in a street in Banja Luka on Thursday 17 January 2002. Belgrade officials and NATO Secretary Lord George Robertson denied a statement by Russia's ITAR-TASS news agency earlier on Thursday that Bosnian Serb wartime leaders Ratko Mladic and Radovan Karadcic had been arrested by international forces.
