Established two years ago, the APIS group (analyses, evaluation,
information, syntheses) has not only been present and active on the Internet
(site www.2net.co.yu/apis) but also successful with the circles interested in
the issues of might and power in international relations, military policy and
in military-industrial complex, the activities of the secret services on the
global level, wars as a means to acheiving political aims, low intensity
conflicts, terrorism and struggle against terrorism, and safety of
communications, links and information.
The site has over 100 direct links with the most outstanding global
sites on information, politics, state administration, scope of activities of
the NGOs of the big information systems and over 2,000 indirect links. Those
means that in site covers a very broad field of conformation in almost all
European and Asian languages (including Chinese, Hebrew and Arabic).
On the Greek "INFO-GRECE" site (www.info-grece.com) APIS is the second, on the
list of the best sites linked to INFO-GRECE which is on outstanding
recognition. Also, at the NET-EXPO 2001 MEETING held in December 2001 in
Marseille it was proclaimed the best site in the Mediterranean. It should also be
emphasised that APIS actually represents an only multilingual site (in
Serbian as its basic language) which participated in the INFO-GRECE competition and in
the Mediterranean as well.
APIS is constantly expanding activities and the list of the topics of
interest so that in every new content (3-4 a month, on the average) a visitor

Die Gruppe APIS (serbische Abkuerzung fuer: Analyse, Bewertungen,
Information und Synthese) existiert schon zwei Jahre mit ihrer Web-Site im
Internet (www.2net.co.yu/apis), arbeitet und erzielt bemerkenswerte Ergebnisse, und
zwar in den Kreisen, die sich fuer folgendes interessieren: Gewalt- und
Machtproblematik in den internationalen Beziehungen, Militaerpolitik, Militaer- und
Industriekomplex, Aktivitaeten der Geheimdienste, Krieg als Mittel zur
Erreichung politischer Ziele, Konflikte nideriger Intensitaet, Terrorismus und
antiterrroristischer Kampf sowie die Sicherheit der Kommunikation, der
Verbindungen und der Information.
Die Site verfuegt ueber 100 Direktverbindungen zu den bekanntesten

wurde. Es ist wichtig zu unterstreichen, dass die APIS eigentlich die einzige

APIS erweitert stets ihre Aktivitaeten und Thematik, durchschnittlich

rezultate u krugovima koji se interesuju za problematiku iz oblasti sile i moci u
medjunarodnim odnosima, vojne politike i vojno-industrijskog kompleksa,
aktivnosti tajnih sluzbi sveta, ratova kao sredstva za postizanje politickih
ciljeva, sukoba niskog intenziteta, terorizma i antiteroristicke borbe i
bezbednosti komunikacija, veza i informacija.
