THE CHOICE BETWEEN YESTERDAY AND TOMORROW
Podgorica - At these elections the citizens will choose between the road
to tomorrow and the road to yesterday, and they will not have
difficulties in choosing the right road - stated President of Montenegro
Milo Djukanovic last night addressing the people of Golubovci, a place
not far from Podgorica.
The Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS), with their partners gathered
on the road to the European Montenegro, considers the parties that make
the Coalition for Changes, supported by the Liberal Alliance (LSCG), not
even as close a competent rival.

A MESSAGE TO BELGRADE AND PODGORICA
Podgorica - The Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the European Union (EU)
will have a meeting today in Brussels. They are expected to make an
appeal to Belgrade and Podgorica to adopt the constitutional charter as
soon as possible, which is the condition for joining of Serbia and
Montenegro into the European integrations - inform Podgorica media,
quoting some agency sources from Brussels.

ELECTIONS BY THE LAWS OF MEMBER STATES
Podgorica - The way of electing representatives for the Parliament of
the future state union of Montenegro and Serbia should not burden the
relationship of the two republics and thus slow down the adoption of the
constitutional charter - stated the Spokesman of the Democratic Party of
Socialists (DPS), Igor Luksic.
The way of electing the representatives should be solved in accordance
with the laws of the member states and with the European standards -
Luksic said.

Demorkatska partija socijalista (DPS), sa svojim partnerima okupljenim
na putu za evorpsku Crnu Goru, nece imati ni priblizno ravnopravnog
takmaca u strankama koje cine Koaliciju za promjene, potpomognu te
Liberalnim savezom (LS) - ocijenio je Djukanovic.

Podgorica - U Briselu ce se danas sastati ministri inostranih poslova
Evropske unije (EU) i sa tog sastanka uputice novi apel Beogradu i
Podgorici da sto prije usvoje ustavnu povelju, sto je uslov za brzi
ulazak Srbije i Crne Gore u evropske integracije - pisu podgoricki
mediji, pozivajuci se na agencijske izvore u Briselu.
Od zvanicnika u Beogradu i Podgorici zatrazice se da se "po zavrsetku
izbora usredsrede na stvaranje onoga sto je odluceno za dalje
zblizavanje s EU".

IZBORI PO ZAKONIMA CLANICA
Podgorica - Nacin izbora poslanika za parlament buduce zajednice Crne
Gore i Srbije ne bi trebalo da opterecuje odnos dvije republike i da
usporava usvajanje ustavne povelje - izjavio je portparol Demokratske
partije socijalista (DPS) Igor Luksic.
Nacin izbora poslanika treba da bude rijesen po zakonima drzava clanica
i po evropskim standardima - rekao je Luksic.
U slucaju da se u jednoj od drzava buduci poslanici budu birali na
posredan, a u drugoj na neposredan nacin, to bi se, prema ocjeni
Luksica, vremenom moglo harmonizovati, kao sto je slucaj sa dva
ekonomska sistema.
Luksic je podsjetio da su poslanici za evropski parlament u pocetku
birani na posredan nacin.
