Is The CIA Behind The Recent "Terror" Attacks?

The claim that the American Intelligence Bureau, the CIA, is behind the
bombings in Bali and Yemen is gaining strength. The apparent motive
behind these attacks is to gain international support for the American
invasion of Iraq. In Bali, targeting common tourists from England,
Australia and several European countries was to raise these nations
against the terrorists.
International political analysts are showing their concerns that US may
carry out other like activities before attacking Iraq. A reliable
American news source, Newsweek has reported that in the beginning of
October, American intelligence distributed a very concerning report
saying that a ship passing from the Gulf and Yemen port could be
targeted for terrorism. This report was sent to the White House as well
e-mailed to FBI's anti-terrorism cell. At the time Collin Powel was on a
visit to France trying to persuade the French government of the
importance of an attack on Iraq.
On October 6th, a French oil tanker exploded while it was on its way to
the Gulf, surprising analysts by this coincidence. It has also been
noted that no Americans were killed in Bali explosions. America is
accusing Iraq of ties with Al-Qaida at the same time that the attacks
are also being blamed on Al-Qaida, given the a means to connect these
events to Saddam Hussein.
