Vladimir Putin: Russia Doesn't Negotiate with Terrorists - She Destroys Them
MOSCOW, February 6. 'Russia doesn't negotiate with terrorists - she destroys them,' said Russian President Vladimir Putin at a joint press conference with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliev today today. He emphasized that 'it is universally accepted to refuse to have any dialogue with terrorists because any contact with them only encourages new acts of terrorsim.'
Putin also said that today's explosion in the Moscow Metro was connected with (Chechen Separatist Leader Aslan) Maskhadov. 'Terrorist activity and calls from abroad to negotiate with Maskhadov will be used in the debate in the run up to the presidential elections next month and as pressure on the Russian presidency,' he said.
