Serbia's JAT Airways To Purchase Boeing Jets
BELGRADE,
Serbia-Montenegro -- Serbia's national carrier JAT Airways says it plans to
buy eight Boeing 737-800s and lease two extended range Boeing 767s.
The airline formerly known as Yugoslav Airlines stopped flying to the
United States and Canada in 1992 after UN sanctions were imposed.
JAT plans to resume its flights to New York and Toronto in June.
