Serb bus stoned while leaving Decane

KOSOVSKA MITROVICA - A small group of Kosovo Albanians on Saturday stoned a
bus carrying Kosovo-Metohija Serbs who had visited cemeteries in some
villages in Metohija on Serbian Orthodox Memorial Saturday, but fortunately
nobody was hurt in the incident.

Milica Pavlovic of Belo Polje near Pec, who has been living in central
Serbia as an IDP [Internally-Deplaced Person] since 1999, told Tanjug that
the incident had occurred about 1.30 P.M. (1230 GMT), while the bus was
leaving the Decane Monastery.

She said that a small group of Albanians had showered the bus with stones,
but that luckily none of the passengers was hurt.

Serbs visit Musutiste cemetery for first time after six years

MUSUTISTE - A group of 30 people from the village of Musutiste, who had fled
from Albanian extremists'
terror after the end of the NATO intervention six years ago, visited their
village, situated about 10 km southeast of Suva Reka to observe Serbian
Orthodox Memorial Saturday.

When the villagers arrived, they saw that their houses had been torched and
destroyed and Albanian houses had been erected in their place, while the
village cemetery was completely neglected and covered by thornbush.
