General requirements:
This newly created position is looking for a person with University degree in a business related field and relevant experience of at least six (6) years in sales, promotion and marketing. Must have strong verbal and presentation skills, professional attitude and managements experience. Fluency in Serbian and English is must; additional foreign language is a plus. Must have excellent computer skills. Candidate should be highly motivated, result and client oriented. Strong proven leadership and people management skills. Salary will be performance measured. Must have lived and worked abroad with experience in a related business position.
Candidate responsibilities will be:
- Creating and implementing Centerâs Business concept, public image and daily functions;
- Meetings with top business people, senior government officials;
- Management of daily activity and staff;
- Ensuring achievement of business objectives;
- Implementing range of services and ensuring their compliance with the SUC standards, and thus ensuring client satisfaction;
- Marketing and ppresentation of services and marketing activities;
- Building and maintaining network of key customers; Identifying potential clients, establishing and maintaining a professional client relationship and advising them on the solutions that will best meet their needs;
- Conceptualizing and managing the complete organization of all the Center's projects;
- Participation in the development of plans, budgeting and pricing strategy;
- Responsibility for the financial performance, and achievement of clearly determined targets;
- Assuring the compliance of all reports with both SUC policies and local regulations will be an important part of candidates duties;
- Financial, accounting and controlling functions; cover planning, budgeting, taxation, internal auditing, as well as cash-flow management and day-to-day financial operations.
