Ahtisaari does not exclude possibility for failure (All dailies) Koha Ditore writes on front page that Martti Ahisaari and Albert Rohan did not speculate in Prishtina how long would the talks on Kosovo status last. But they stated that this process will depend on cooperation of Prishtina and Belgrade and these two capitals will determine the talks’ duration. In addition, the newspaper quotes Ahtisaari as saying, “There is a possibility that we or the international community would fail in Kosovo’s case and maybe that is why the international community chose to retired persons to fail. At least, we do not have problems with careers.” On the other hand, Zeri reads that Ahtisaari has refuted the possibility for Kosovo’s division. “The principles of the Contact Group should be taken seriously,” he stated. Additionally, under the headline “Big Change”, Express reads that Ahtisaari has moved from his old position. “If we refer to the comments I made when I participated in the efforts for bringing peace to Kosovo in 1999 or the later ones, then you should put things in the time context. Then, I have simply thought that it was not yet the time to move ahead,” stated Ahtisaari. Not only Kosovo Assembly has initiative on constitution, President and the Kosovo Delegation have it too (Zëri front page) On its front page, Zeri reports that currently there are few initiatives and projects for Kosovo Constitution. The intiative of Kosovo Assembly for establishing a Working Group for drafting the Constitution text should be mentioned, then we have the initiative by Presdent Rugova who has already sent a draft to the Assembly, and we also have the initiative of teh working Group within the Kosovo Delegation. As third variant that paper writes to be mentioned is that Kosovo Assembly with its head Nexhat Daci will establish e working group which will deal with drafting of Constitution. Realistically, viewed from Prishtina’s perspective, our neighbours in Skopje, Podgorica, and Tirana would not find it difficult to answer to Ahtisaari about Kosovo’s status. Based on the political developments in the region in the last two-three years, it is supposed that they fully agree with the expected development of the process – Kosovo’s independence. Burn is also cited as saying, “According to Washington there are two option on Kosovo future status – independence or autonomy within S-M.” Svilanovic: Resolutions are for the internal use (Koha Ditore) Koha Ditore reports that Goran Svilanovic the former S-M chief of diplomacy, and currently a Stability Pact official for teh South-East Europe, in a interview given to Dnevnik newspaper said that teh resolution for Kosovo approved by Serbia’s Assembly and the resolution of Kosovo Assembly are dedicated only to the internal public. He added that if  only political opinion of Serbia remains concentrated in territories and borders, then Serbia’s citizens could thing that something is lost.
