The Hague. Slobodan Milosevic’s brother said the former Yugoslav President
might be poisoned in The Hague, The Echo of Moscow Radio reported. According to
him, the Hague Tribunal did not give reliable information of the heath
condition of Milosevic.

Earlier today the former Yugoslav President Slobodan Milosevic said the
decision of the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia
(ICTY) to reject his plea to be allowed to leave for treatment in Moscow was
unjust. Earlier today, ICTY rejected plea of former Yugoslavian President
Slobodan Milosevic to be allowed to leave for treatment in Moscow, as this
would mean his temporary release. According to the court’s decision Milosevic’s
defense “did not present the necessary proof that the treatment Milosevic needs
cannot be received in the Netherlands”.
The former Yugoslavian President suffers from high blood pressure and heart
problems.
