>From George Thompson,

As Mrs. Jatras reported in Vesti mesage 45189, today there was a commemoration
of the 12th anniversary of operation Storm at the Croatian embassy in
Washington DC. In fact, the meeting will continue until this evening. Turnout
was around 20, including Jim Jatras and John Bosnitch. John had the megaphone
and provided a running commentary on Croatia's inglorious past. The rest of us
had signs or flags. Quite a few passing drivers honked (a sign of approval in
the US) although I doubt they know anything about Croatia or the Krajina.
Nevertheless, the "Croatia = Genocide" banner provided a good start to their
education.

John promised to hold a similar meeting every August 5th at the embassy. I'm
hoping for even better turnout next year.
