*Bishop of Raska and Prizren Artemije said that there is no Kosmet
problem, rather the problem of the Albanian national minority in Serbia,
which needs to be resolved. If Kosmet Albanians one-sidedly proclaim
independence of the province, Serbia should declare such an act void,
underlined Bishop Artemije. According to him, if certain countries were
to recognized the self-proclaimed independence of Kosmet, Serbia should
towards those countries take appropriate measures – termination of
