Dear Friends,

David Orchard, Scott Taylor, and other prominent speakers will be in Toronto
tomorrow to address a rally which is being organized to protest
Kosovo's unilateral declaration of independence and calling on the
government of Canada not to recognize this breach of international law,
the culmination of the unjust and illegal treatment of the former Yugoslavia
and Serbia that started with the Rambouillet Accord and the
U.S.-NATO bombing in 1999.

The demonstration takes place tomorrow, *Saturday, March 1 at 2:00 pm at
Queen's Park in Toronto*.

I hope that you will be able to join us there, and help to circulate
this (last minute) notice.

Sincerely,

Grant Orchard
