Russia begins new phase of delivering humanitarian aid to Kosovo’s Serbs BELGRADE, April 19 (Itar-Tass) -- Russia is about to begin another phase of delivering humanitarian aid for Kosovo’s Serbs. A provision to this effect is contained in the memorandum signed at the end of the working meeting between Russian Emergency Situations Minister Sergei Shoigu and Serbia’s Economics Minister Predrag Bubalo in the small hours of Saturday. “We shall begin to deliver medical supplies, medical equipment and up to 10,000 tonnes of wheat,” Shoigu told the media, adding that would the second phase of humanitarian aid extended to the Serbian population of Kosovo.
