ACADEMY FOR DIPLOMACY AND SECURITY

- CENTER FOR STRATEGIC STUDIES -

Invites you to an International Round Table

THE KOSOVO CRISIS: SERBIA ’S OPTIONS

At the Lecture Hall of the Academy, Travnièka 2, Belgrade

Friday, May 9, 10:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.

Since February 17 Serbia has been facing challenges that have no precedent
in contemporary international relations.

The Kosovo crisis demands an open, value-neutral and expertly based debate
on Serbia’s short-term options and on the country’s long-term strategy. It
is necessary to outline the priorities in Serbia’s foreign, security and
economic policies, and to examine the means of attaining them.

The newly-established Center for Strategic Studies of the Academy for
Diplomacy and Security hopes to make a contribution to this long-overdue
debate with its International Round Table on May 9. Our objective is to
acquaint the Serbian public with the views of several leading domestic and
foreign analysts on those issues that concern us all. All are welcome;
admission is free.
