Bill Dorich has lived in Los Angels for more than 50 years. He has been
married to his wife, Anita for 42 years.  Bill is a first-generation
American Serb with early training in journalism at UCLA. After 20 years of
success in the printing industry Bill founded GM Books.com in 1985, a
company specializing in self-published authors.  As a journalist for over a
decade, his articles have appeared in The Wall Street Journal, International
Herald Tribune, The Washington Times, and numerous Serbian publications.
Bill is the author of 5 books on Balkan history, including his 1992 book,
Kosovo, the first book published in the United States on this region of the
world.  With his keen sense of current events his newest book is entitled,
Defeat Foreclosure which will be followed in July with, The Nursing Home
Crisis, a book that reveals the important considerations of placing a parent
or loved one in nursing home care.  As one of the most outspoken and visible
Serbs in the U.S. Bill has been the guest on more than 200 radio interviews
and a number of television appearances.  Bill is also the recipient of The
Order of St. Sava, the highest recognition given to a lay person by the Holy
Synod of Serbian Orthodox Bishops and An Award of Merit from the Serbian Bar
Association of America.
