Parliamentary Assembly co-rapporteurs to visit Serbia Strasbourg, 6.02.2009 - Charles Goerens (Luxembourg, ALDE) and Andreas Gross (Switzerland, SOC), co-rapporteurs of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) on Serbia, will make a fact-finding visit to Belgrade on 9-10 February to take stock of Serbia's honouring of its obligations and commitments towards the Council of Europe and finalise the report <http://assembly.coe.int/main.asp?Link=/documents/workingdocs/doc08/edoc1170 1.htm> to be debated during the PACE spring session (27-30 April 2009). Talks are scheduled, particularly with the President of the Republic, Boris Tadić, the Speaker of the Parliament, Slavica Djukić Dejanović, the Vice-speaker of the Parliament, Nataša Jovanović, the First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, Ivica Dačić, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy, Mladjan Dinkić, the Deputy Prime Minister for European Integration and Minister of Science and Techonological Development, Božidar Djelić, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Vuk Jeremić, the Minister of Justice, Snežana Malović and the Minister of Labour and Social Policy, Rasim Ljajić. The co-rapporteurs are also expected to confer with representatives of political parties, NGOs and the diplomatic corps.
