Leaders of ethnic Albanians from southern Serbia, who joined the
initiative to create a "natural Albania" in which he entered a large part of
Serbia, could spend 15 years behind bars, if the state of Serbia reacts because

Presevo and Bujanovac.

municipalities of Presevo and Bujanovac, said the promotion list for Natural
Albania. No one may, in any way that violates the territorial integrity of

Note that the idea of creating the Great Albania which would
include Albania, Kosovo, Southern Serbia, Greece, FRY Macedonia and a part of
Montenegro,
was created by the US congressman Jos dio Guardi and his wife Shirley
Cloyes dio Guardi, in 1981. At their official internet site
http://www.aacl.org, American Albanian Civic League,
one can read, that “the Human rights of Albanians living in those
regions should be respected” meaning there, all Albanians in one country,
“natural” or “Great Albania”.
Dio Guardi’s propaganda started even earlier, and can be found on the

Lideri Albanaca sa juga Srbije, koji su se priključili inicijativi za
stvaranje „prirodne Albanije“ u koju bi ušao i veliki deo teritorije Srbije,
mogli bi da provedu 15 godina iza brave, ukoliko država Srbija reaguje zbog
njihovih protiv državnih aktivnosti!
Naime, oni su u subotu na skupu održanom u Tirani podržali Listu za
prirodnu Albaniju, koja bi trebalo da obuhvati i Kosovo, jug Srbije, te delovi
Grčke, Makedonije i Crne Gore. Skupu su prisustvovali predstavnici opštine
Preševo Rami Mustafa, potpredsednik Orhan Redžepi i predsednik skupštine
opštine Bujanovac i bivši politički lider rasformirane OVPMB Jonuz Musliju.
Član 307 Krivičnog zakonika kaže:“Ko silom ili na drugi protivustavni
način pokuša da otcepi deo teritorije Srbije ili da pripoji deo teritorije
drugoj državi kazniće se kaznom od tri do 15 godina zatvora“. Portparol
Republičkog javnog tužilaštva Tomo Zorić kaže da će Tužilaštvo u granicama
svojih zakonskih ovlašćenja reagovati povodom izjava predsednika opština
Preševo i Bujanovac.
- Proverićemo šta su i u kom kontekstu čelnici opština Preševo i
Bujanovac rekli na promociji liste za prirodnu Albaniju. Niko ne sme, na bilo
koji način da narušava teritorijalni integritet Srbije. Ako se po dobijanju
potrebnih informacija utvrdi da u njihovim nastupima ima elemenata krivičnog
dela, nadležno tužilaštvo će inicirati pokretanje postupka. Još jednom
naglašavam da Tužilaštvo neće ustuknuti ni pred jednom vrstom kriminala, a
naročito ako se utvrdi da je reč o ugrožavanju bezbednosti Srbije. Pred zakonom
su svi jednaki - kaže Zorić.
Advokat Goran Petronijević kaže da je bilo kakvo izdvajanje dela
teritorije krivično delo, bez obzira na to da li se postiže nasiljem.
- Reč je o najtežem krivičnom delu, ugrožavanju teritorijalne
celovitosti države. Ovde je problem ko im je nešto obećao i šta im je obećao,
jer oni nikada unapred ne daju izjave. Prvo, od mentora iz inostranstva dobiju
strategiju, onda taj mentor pritiska nekoga u Srbiji da im nešto obeća. E, kada
neko odavde to obeća, onda oni izlaze sa izjavom. Tužilaštvo bi trebalo da
ispita ko je i šta obećao, jer je ovde reč o protiv državnim aktivnostima -
kaže on.
Direktor Foruma za etničke odnose Dušan Janjić kaže da je inicijativa
za formiranje „prirodne Albanije“ ozbiljan izazov za ozbiljnu državu.
- Ovaj koncept se suštinski ne razlikuje od ideje „velike Albanije“,
ali je termin prilagođen ušima EU. Ovo je ozbiljan test i za američku politiku
na Balkanu, jer ako se sprovede sve što Albanci zagovaraju, onda nema više
Makedonije. Ovo je svojevrstan šamar američkoj politici koja tvrdi da na Kosovu
i u BiH može da zaživi multikulturalizam - kaže Janjić.
SAD i EU podržali „prirodnu Albaniju“
Predsednik DPA i opštine Preševo Rami Mustafa izjavio je da će albanski
politički predstavnici iz država zapadnog Balkana tražiti formiranje „prirodne
Albanije“ i revidiranje Londonske konferencije i Berlinskog kongresa.
- Ne radi se o formiranju „velike Albanije“ već „prirodne Albanije“,
prirodnoj zajednici svih Albanaca koji sada žive u različitim državama - rekao
je Mustafa. On tvrdi da tu „realnost“ podržavaju SAD i EU.
