| DFW Airport readies for World Cup influx with volunteers |

Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport is preparing for a surge in travelers
during the World Cup, with 500 volunteers recruited to assist visitors,
enhanced signage and increased law enforcement presence. "The airport is both
well-positioned and prepared to manage the traffic that's coming through this
airport over the course of the next 44 days or so," says Jerome Woodard,
executive vice president of operations. "When you add an additional million or
so people to an environment, things can go wrong. This is a dynamic environment
and a dynamic operation."
