OpenSIPS 1.6.4 is a major release and it is the second release following the
new release policy .
1.6.4 release brings both new features / enhancement and a lot of fixes. The
most important additions :
- CDR support in ACC module
- Media timeout and call termination with nathelper and dialog module
- new dialog Presence Call Info
- B2BUA API
