Regarding Bicentennial Park in southeast Provo -- especially if you live
in the Provost, South Provost, or Spring Creek neighborhoods, you'll be

Subject: Plans for Bicentennial Park

Dear Friends,

Provo City is soliciting our input with regard to future use of
Bicentennial Park. Various construction projects and uses have been
suggested e.g. an amphitheater, a 2nd pavilion, grading, a walking path
to connect to the Bonneville shoreline trail and the wetlands boardwalk,
soccer field(s), softball/baseball field(s), scaled down (or eliminate)
Frisbee golf, etc. I have asked Katrina McKnight to receive and organize
responses and ideas from the neighborhood and represent us in a meeting
with the city at the end of the month. Katrina’s email addresses are
[EMAIL PROTECTED] and [EMAIL PROTECTED] Her phone number is 356-2566.
Please share with Katrina your ideas about how – if at all – you feel
Bicentennial Park should be restructured and managed.

Thank you for your participation.

Regards,

Merrill Christensen

And if you live in the Provost Neighborhood -- see the map at
http://www.provo.org/comdev.neighmap.html if you're not sure if you do
-- then you'll want to email Merrill to get on his list if you're not
already.

Thanks, and feel free to forward this to anyone in Provo who's not on
our ProvoCitizens.net list.
Regards,
