Transaction Act of
2003.
C.
A resolution [electing/ not electing] to provide an enhanced annual
cost-of-living
adjustment as provided in Senate Bill 19.

A resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a lease agreement by and
between Provo
City and the Utah Alcoholism Foundation.

A *public hearing* to consider a resolution approving an amendment to
the 2008 Action Plan

A resolution authorizing preparation of a draft Aviation Services
Community Development
Project area plan for new development at approximately 3900 West 200

A resolution modifying the Equity Sharing Program to facilitate the sale
of nine
Neighborhood Housing Services homes on the market and long-term changes
to bring the
program in line with other loan programs.

A *public hearing* to consider a resolution amending Provo City General
Plan Land Use
Policies for the Sunset Neighborhood to subject approximately 41.32
acres of property
located generally at 901 South 1600 West to the Footprinter's Grove
Specific Development
Plan. 07-0012GPA.
The next regular Council Meeting will be held on November 11, 2008 at
7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers, 351
West Center Street, Provo, unless otherwise noticed. In compliance with
