Hi, everyone. We're going to try out our first Volunteer Orientation this month (Monday, January 28, 6 pm, at the shop).
Why do Volunteer Orientation? Because it would be extra awesome if everyone knows how to.. *get down to work in the shop, *share bicycle maintenance knowledge, and *contribute to the positive growth of our organization and community. You'll learn everything from how to process a bicycle donation to how to manage a challenging shop situation. And you'll get to shape the next orientation and help make this whole process even better. We want Sopo to be one of your favorite community spaces, and we want all of the shop's needs to be met, so come on and get oriented. -- Rachael Spiewak, MSW Executive Director Sopo Bicycle Cooperative www.sopobikes.org * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Hours of operation: Tues/Thurs 7 pm - 10 pm Sat/Sun 2 pm - 5 pm
