Silent Majority Speaks

The left has anti-liberation Hollyweird actors, ditzy chicks and the French
Democrats. Naturally, these are the buffoons covered by the media. But the
"silent majority" of Americans are now speaking up.

We've teamed up with a number of Internet conservative groups to create the
"Virtual March from the Right." Sponsored by ConservativeAlerts.com,
TownHall.com, Federalist.com, ConservativePetitions.com, FreeRepublic.net
and the National Federation of Republican Assemblies, this online petition
affirms our support for our troops AND our President. You can join the
virtual march by going to: http://www.RightMarch.com

No Victory, No Peace

The President got it just right last night in his address. Now that the
decision has finally been made to use military force, this is no time for
half-measures. Iraqi liberation is long overdue. And thanks to the men and
women of the United States Army, Navy, Air Force and Marines, they're about
to get it. Let the shock and awe begin.

What This Fight Is All About

I attended a private briefing by a Pentagon officer yesterday in Washington
where a 20-minute video which was produced over the last few days was aired.
If there is any doubt in anyone's mind exactly why this scumball Hussein
should be wiped off the face of the earth, this video dispels it.

Daschle and the rest of the French Democrats are likely to call it pure
"Pentagon propaganda," but it's hard to imagine that the graphic reports of
torture by victims or scenes of the results of Saddam's chemical attack on
his own people, including kids and the elderly, were faked or staged. It is
what it is.

Efforts are now underway to get the cable and broadcast networks to air the
video, but don't hold your breath waiting to see it on the Dan, Peter and
Tom shows. More likely someone will put it on the Internet. If and when, I
'll be sure to let you know where to find it. But if you have a weak
stomach, you might want to think twice about viewing it.

Leader of the French Democrats

"Senator Daschle has spent more time criticizing the leadership of President
Bush than he has spent criticizing the tyranny of Saddam Hussein."

- House Speaker Dennis Hastert

Question for Mr. Daschle

"If the French refuse to enforce a resolution they signed, why is that a
sign of incompetence on the part of the Bush administration?"

- Columnist Andrew Sullivan

How to Contact That Ditzy Chick

As you've probably heard, Natalie Maines of the country group The Dixie
Chicks told a London audience that she was embarrassed by the fact that
President Bush was from Texas. Well, we're kinda embarrassed that Maines is
an American, but that's another matter altogether. In any event, should you
wish to convey your own personal opinion of Ms. Maines to Ms. Maines here's
her web site address where you can send comments to her Guestbook:

Something to Thank the French For

"Monday will be remembered as the day the French killed the United Nations.
The U.N. had been dying since it was born, its basic premise a false one.
Any organization that makes Burkina Faso the equal of the United Kingdom is,
as Daniel Patrick Moynihan once said, a theater of the absurd."

- Jeb Bannin, AmericanProwler.com

New HQ for UN

"It isn't fair that the U.S. has had the UN headquarters for over half a
century. What about moving the UN headquarters out of New York to a
reasonably orderly Third World locale such as Kampala, Uganda, or Gabarone,
Botswana? Let's see how important the UN would be in one of these
backwaters. My guess is that the UN would die on its own in such a place."

- News & Views reader Charlie Watts, Chicago

Money to Burn

"The UN doesn't print its own money, it doesn't have to. US tax payers earn
it for them. The UN is a failure, and it's time to quit paying for it."

- Joe Franscella, RiponRecordNews.com

Attention Mustard Lovers

"The company that makes French's mustard wants Americans to know the spicy
condiment isn't French. It's British."

- Washington Times, 3/19/03

Attention Ice Cream Lovers

As we all know, Ben & Jerry of Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream are two of the most
liberal yahoos to come down the pike in while. Well, they finally have some
competition on their hands from the right: The Star Spangled Ice Cream
Company. Here's what they have to say on their web site:

"Like millions of your fellow Americans, you enjoy ice cream but do NOT
enjoy seeing your money funneled to wacko left-wing causes. We are not
ashamed of America. We think it's the best country ever, and so we have set
out to make the best ice cream ever! We asked Moxley's, one of America's
premier producers of gourmet ice cream, to help us create a line of
tantalizing flavors from their award winning recipes, and to spare no
expense in the selection of ingredients or preparation process."

All-American consumers have their choice of "I Hate the French Vanilla,"
"Iraqi Road," "Smaller Govern-Mint" and "Nutty Environmentalist" - all at a
price lower than B&J's. And to top it all off with a cherry, the Star
Spangled Ice Cream Company is donating 10 percent of all profits to
"charities that support the men and women of the US Armed Forces."

Not available in stores. To get this new conservative treat delivered right
to your door, you need to order via their website at:

Weapon of Mass Obstruction

Democrats maintained their filibuster of judicial nominee Miguel Estrada
again on Tuesday, shooting down a third cloture attempt to bring the man's
nomination to the floor of the Senate for an up-or-down vote. Sen. John
Breaux, Louisiana Democrat, says the nomination is "on life-support."

Former Supreme Court nominee Robert Bork, whose own nomination was shot down
by Democrats in 1987, calls the hijacking of Estrada's nomination by
changing the constitution to require 60 votes for confirmation a "disgrace."
Then again, what else would you expect from Tom Daschle?
