Have you tried MakeHandler? It will do 90% of the work for you. Also read the
handler writer's guidelines at http://www.newsclipper.com/handlers.htm

Read the DESIGN file in the distribution. (I knew that would come in handy
eventually. :) Besides the mailing list, those are pretty much your only
resources. Eventually we'll be offering custom handler writing as a paid-for
service. (For those who would rather pay someone than learn how to do, and do
it themselves.)
