Hello,
I'm using the win95 trial version of NC 1.16. When I
ran
newsclipper from C:\Program Files\News Clipper>newsclipper,
I get the error message "Couldn't download information about
the handler database. Maybe the server is down." I was
connected to the net with my modem at 52k.
Is this beyond my control, or a problem within my
NewsClipper.cfg file?
