Hm... 1706540824 is Jan 29, 2024, 11:07:04 That's obviously wrong. :)

Check your ~/.NewsClipper/cache/registry.txt file, and see if the line for the
URL http://www.anandtech.com/html/news.cfm really does have 1706540824. If it
does, then delete all the files in your cache directory.

News Clipper simply puts the value of Perl's "time" command in the registry
file, so I doubt it's a bug in the code. Maybe your system clock was on the
fritz a while back?
