Thanks to Vadim Strizhevsky for finding this bug.
AFFECTS:
Any handler that uses the HTMLsubstr function from HTMLTools. For example, the
limit handler when limiting characters in strings.
FIX:
Change line 225 of HTMLTools.pm from
$substring = quotemeta($substring);
to
$substring =~ s/([\?\*\$\|\^\+\[\]\(\)])/\\$1/g;
My apologies for not testing quotemeta better!
