Newsclipper is finding config files but is unable to load variables from it.
I had hardcoded handlerloactions in NewsClipper.pl and also changed location
of NewsClipper.pl to current directory now the error is :

News Clipper could not load personal configuration file "./NewsClipper.cfg"
because of the following error:
No input files specified.
