        Sorry for replying to all.. I figured that maybe other people need this
information too...  csoft.net is affordable and allows everything i've
needed... full shell access, cgi in any dir, php, mysql, i can install
stuff, unlimited space/transfer, etc... only problem is that their DNS
server has been down intermitenly lately but they said that they are
moving it to a new machine to fix that problem...i haven't been with
then that long and my site is in testing right now so i can't vouch for
performance under heavy load but look at their website...
