Mike,
So far I have tried multiple so far, some are below. I think your
current tag would work if it understood the differences between US and non-US
countries and cities.
<input name=yahooweather city='Reykjavik' scale='f'>
<input name=yahooweather city='Reykjavik' state=' IS' country='EU' scale='f'>
<input name=yahooweather city='Reykjavik' state=' Iceland' country='Europe'
scale='f'>
<input name=yahooweather city='Reykjavik' country='Iceland' scale='f'>
When you go to the URL for the handler and just enter 'Reykjavik' in the form
it comes back correctly. This seems to be true for all cities unless they exist
in multiple countries/states. When it does it returns a list of the cities and
locations. This does not hold true for all though... i.e.= Berlin returns a
list but Paris doesn't.
