The current open source version was supposed to have FTP support, which would
allow you to install NC on a local machine and send the output files to your
server.
Unfortunately, somehow the code didn't get in the release. (Argh) I'm about to
release 1.22 in the next couple days which will have it.

These are described in the README of the open source version, which you can
download at http://newsclipper.sourceforge.net/ (The exact URLs in the README
may be out of date, though.)

You may also want to consider the commercial version. In a couple days we'll
be releasing the next commercial version, and if I can get the Unix compiler
to cooperate, we should have a binary version that works for your server.
(i.e. no need to install modules)
