Brad Friedman reports vote-flipping in Texas (http://www.bradblog.com/?p=6559), which now makes three states where the e-voting machinery has changed would-be Obama votes to votes for John McCain. The other two are West Virginia, where the trend reportedly began, and Tennessee.
From Tennessee there's also a report that three would-be McCain voters had their votes flipped to Obama: http://blog.wired.com/27bstroke6/2008/10/ess-voting-mach.html Now, such a thing is not unheard-of, as there were a few reports four years ago of Bush votes flipped to Kerry (although roughly nine out of ten flips went the other way). Still, there is some noteworthy controversy over that report from Tennessee: http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=show_mesg&forum=203&topic_id=509810&mesg_id=509810 <http://www.bradblog.com/?p=6559#comment-369692>http://www.bradblog.com/?p=6559#comment-369692 These debunking claims are, however, not conclusive, as Jason Parry notes: >I've found no evidence backing up these >debunking claims.
